These Terms and Conditions apply to all training courses and services provided by CareBridge Academy.

By purchasing or enrolling in a course, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. About Us

CareBridge Academy provides online training programmes for individuals and organisations within the health and social care sector.

Our training is delivered through our online learning platform, Thinkific.


2. Course Enrolment

When purchasing or enrolling in a course, learners will receive access to the online training platform and course materials.

Learners are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.

Access to course materials is provided for the registered learner only and must not be shared with others.


3. Course Content

Our courses are designed to support learners in developing knowledge and skills relevant to health and social care practice.

Courses provided by CareBridge Academy are aligned with the Care Certificate framework developed by Skills for Care and Skills for Health.

Completion of the training programme does not constitute a regulated qualification.


4. Learner Responsibilities

Learners must:

• complete all learning modules and assessments honestly
• submit their own original work
• follow instructions provided within the course
• maintain the confidentiality of their login details

CareBridge Academy reserves the right to remove access if course misuse or plagiarism is identified.


5. Workplace Competency

For Care Certificate programmes, the practical workplace elements must be completed and verified by the learner's employer, supervisor, or manager.

CareBridge Academy is responsible for assessing the knowledge-based elements of the course only.


6. Certification

Certificates of completion will be issued once the learner has:

• completed the required course modules
• submitted and passed written assessments
• met any additional course requirements where applicable

Certificates are issued digitally through our learning platform.


7. Payments

All course fees must be paid in full before access to training is granted unless otherwise agreed.

Payments may be processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal.


8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of online training courses, refunds may not be available once course access has been granted.

Refund requests may be considered at the discretion of CareBridge Academy in exceptional circumstances.


9. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including learning content, assessments, workbooks, and resources provided by CareBridge Academy remain the intellectual property of the business.

Course materials must not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.


10. Limitation of Liability

CareBridge Academy will take reasonable steps to ensure training materials are accurate and up to date.

However, we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our training materials.

Learners and employers remain responsible for ensuring that workplace practices comply with relevant regulations and policies.


11. Changes to Courses

CareBridge Academy reserves the right to update or modify course content to ensure training remains accurate and relevant.


12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
